Aldi plans new Newport store as part of £1.6bn expansion

Aldi has confirmed plans for a new Newport store as part of a £1.6 billion expansion programme that will see 80 new stores open across the UK.
The plan includes 80 new stores across the UK in 2026 and 2027 as demand for affordable groceries rises.
