BREAKING: Geely to take 30% stake in Nio Power with battery swap assets and cash
Geely will invest its entire equity interest in Yiyi Power and 640 million yuan in cash in Nio Power, integrating battery swap operations for commercial fleets.
The deal values Nio Power at about 16 billion yuan after the investment, with Nio China retaining a controlling 63.6% stake.
