Actress Hayden Panettiere died from the toxic effects of fentanyl and several other drugs, according to a toxicology report obtained by multiple media outlets Tuesday. The 36-year-old’s cause of death was ruled accidental by the Greenville County Coroner’s Office, which conducted an autopsy after her death at an apartment in Greenville, South Carolina, on 16 August.
