J&K moves to bury the digging habit

Srinagar, Oct 3: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has notified the Common Duct Policy, 2026, aimed at changing the way underground utility services are planned and installed across the Union Territory and reducing the repeated digging of roads for laying electricity cables, telecom lines, water pipes and other utilities.
