The civic body has proposed a massive 570% hike in the current entertainment tax rates for cinema halls in Mumbai.
Movie and concert ticket prices will see a sharp rise in Mumbai if the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation's (BMC) proposal to increase entertainment tax gets a nod from the state government's Urban Development Department.
