Srinagar, Sep 25: The 50-bedded hospital block at Pahalgam is 75% complete, but a revised cost and administrative approval are still being processed before the project can be completed, Health and Medical Education Minister Sakina Itoo told the Legislative Assembly on Friday. The Rs 19.90 crore project was administratively approved in March 2020. Of the Rs 16.75 crore released so far, Rs 10.53 crore had been spent by March 31, 2026, with another Rs 33.31 lakh spent during the current financial y
