The Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued a formal notice on an application filed by Priya Kapur, who has sought permission to access late businessman Sunjay Kapur’s Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) accounts to pay the school fees and educational expenses of his children, Samaira and Kiaan, with former wife Karisma Kapoor.
