Ghodbunder Road has been taken over from the Public Works Department by the Thane Municipal Corporation, which has launched a ₹2.5 crore pre-monsoon repair drive for safer, smoother commuting. Works include removal of hazardous mastic bulges and pothole repairs on key flyovers and stretches to reduce congestion before monsoon.
