$300m redevelopment proposed for former bowls club site

Draft plans released by developers would see the former Noosa Bowls Club site at 99 Noosa Drive redeveloped into a mixed-use precinct featuring apartments, retail and hospitality tenancies, public spaces and new transport connections.
