50 volunteers collect garbage, spruce up Snake Road

CONYNGHAM TOWNSHIP — Tires, ceiling blocks, scrap wood, linoleum flooring, rags and parts of a vacuum cleaner were among the things volunteers hauled out of wooded areas on Saturday along Snake Road in this Columbia County municipality.
