Agreement: I Agree Body: Dear Editor, It was enlightening to read Dr Salisbury’s critique of AI’s inability to successfully glean relevant information from real people. I think the discrepancy between their success in written scenarios (1) versus interacting with real people (2) highlights a further point about a strictly algorithmic approach to healthcare; whether it is humans or AI applying it. That is: they will always direct you to the ‘correct’ answer for the information you plug into them;
