Cowboys Music Festival organizer makes noise that new rules could drive acts, business out of Calgary

Weeks before the kickoff of one of the Calgary Stampede's biggest music festivals, an organizer is pushing back on new restrictions that will cut down the maximum cap on volume and bass levels, and force weeknight concerts to end earlier.
