Denver food distribution company to settle discrimination suit for $1.5M

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission brought a suit against Mile Hi Foods Co. in September 2024, alleging the company discriminated against female, Black and Afghan job applicants by refusing to hire them.
