ALBANY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A new online directory, Disability Services NY, is now live at disabilityservicesny.org, offering individuals with disabilities and their families a centralized resource to find trusted medical providers and community supports throughout New York State. DSNY was developed through a collaboration between the New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH), and three New York State Care Coordination Organizations - ACANY, LIFEPlan CCO NY, and Person Centered Services.
