Dual tubulin-GAK blockade drives antitumor effects

Growing evidence suggests that combining microtubule disruption with inhibition of complementary mitotic regulators may enhance antitumor activity and overcome resistance. Researchers from the Korea University of Science and Technology described the discovery and preclinical characterization of KMG-732, a dual inhibitor of tubulin polymerization and cyclin G-associated kinase (GAK).
