Golanthara Police on Sunday arrested the boyfriend of an engineering college student who allegedly committed suicide due to harassment and was found hanging in a hostel room near Berhampur . The accused has been identified as Biswajit Jena. He is the nephew of Odisha Transport Minister Bibhuti Bhusan Jena.
