EPFO Scheme Certificate: What is it, who is eligible and what are the exceptions?

EPFO Scheme Certificate: All provident fund subscribers with an account for more than 10 years receive a pension benefit. The contribution comes jointly from the employer: 8.33% of the 12% contribution goes to the EPS account, and the government contributes 1.16% (subject to the wage ceiling) to the fund.
