Venu Srinivasan, trustee of Sir Dorabji Tata Trust and Sir Ratan Tata Trust, has sought an immediate inquiry into SDTTs governance, alleging serious lapses and excessive involvement in Tata Sons commercial affairs. He has also challenged Noel Tatas role in trust decisions and sought restrictions on his voting and trustee powers.
