Plans have been unveiled for Toronto Rail Yards, a proposed mixed-use community above the rail corridor between Bathurst Street and Spadina Avenue. The project would deliver nearly 4,000 homes, office and retail space, parkland, and direct access to the future Spadina-Front GO station.
