Flipkart valuation crosses $38 billion in latest ESOP buyback

After adjusting for the change in domicile from Singapore to India, the effective buyback price worked out to about Rs 672 per option in July 2025, and the price increased 6% to 713 per option this year, sources told Moneycontrol.
