Gilead Sciences and Lakefront complete acquisition of Ouro Medicines

Gilead Sciences, Inc and Lakefront Biotherapeutics NV announced the successful completion of the previously announced acquisition of Ouro Medicines to advance T cell engager therapies for autoimmune diseases.
