Gov. Maura Healey proposes 2-month Massachusetts gas tax holiday as prices rise

Gov. Maura Healey is proposing a two-month suspension of Massachusetts’ gas tax, days after Republican challenger Mike Minogue called for a gas tax holiday when prices exceed $4 a gallon.
