Gruhalakshmi funds should not be diverted for loan recovery, CM directs banks

Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar directed banks and financial institutions not to deduct Gruhalakshmi’s ₹2,000 monthly assistance towards loan instalments or interest, following complaints from women beneficiaries.
