The Home Office has been accused of disturbing rare nesting bats at the controversial proposed asylum seeker site in Piddington. Now, the much-maligned plans to parachute 1,250 undocumented male migrants into the tiny Oxfordshire could be massively delayed - or scrapped altogether. Government contractors carrying out works to set up the controversial plans were reported to the police over disrupting bats by exposing them to massive floodlights during the construction process. Subsequently, local
