IIT Bombay Suicide: Crime Branch records 20 statements, phone locked

Mumbai Crime Branch recorded 20 statements in the IIT Bombay student suicide case. The student's phone is locked. The NCSC has also initiated an inquiry into allegations of caste-based discrimination raised by the student's family.
