India jumps to 26th in Global Real Estate Transparency Index: Here's what changed

India has entered the top 30 most transparent real estate markets globally, rising five places to 26th in JLL's 2026 index. The improvement was supported by regulatory reforms, REIT expansion and higher investment activity.
