IPO-bound Cult founder Rishabh Telang accused of forging co-founder’s signatures; company calls charges false

Bellandur Police registered the FIR on August 6 based on a complaint filed by Deepak Poduval, one of the original co-founders of Cult. In response, Telang called the complaint mala fide, pointing to a legal case filed by his sister, Poduval’s wife, in a property dispute on July 1, 2026. Cult said the consideration was duly paid and acknowledged. It is now contesting the charges
