Judge orders evidence preserved in case against Lisle man in fatal Fox River boat crash

Attorneys for a Lisle man accused of driving a boat at high speeds while drunk on the Fox River, killing a Des Plaines woman, asked a judge Tuesday to preserve all evidence gathered in his case.
