The Judicial Impact Assessment Committee headed by retired High Court Justice Umesh M Adiga submitted its report on the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal to Chief Minister D K Shivakumar on Tuesday. The committee, set up under the previous Siddaramaiah-led Congress government, was tasked with examining whether or not the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal should be abolished or retained.
