Kumar Mangalam Birla says Vodafone Idea has emerged from toughest phase, reassures investors

Responding to shareholder queries, Birla said Rs 1,730 crore of the proceeds would be used for capital expenditure, while the remaining Rs 3,000 crore would go toward debt reduction.
