LPG subsidy rules change from October 1: No Aadhaar biometric authentication, no subsidised refill

Nearly nine in 10 active domestic LPG consumers have already completed the authentication process. Those still pending can complete it at their doorstep, distributor showroom or through their oil company's mobile app.
