Man’s turfs lawn at DeSan Park doing donuts: Richmond Heights Police Blotter

A resident advised June 29 that a vehicle was seen doing donuts in the grass at DeSan Park. Officers confirmed that the lawn had been damaged. They investigated and found the vehicle registered to a resident on Foxwynde Trail.
