Mirabai Chanu began her weightlifting career in 2006 at Khuman Lampak in Imphal, showcasing exceptional dedication. Her former coach S Brojendro Singh recalls her discipline and fearlessness during training. After winning an Olympic medal and various other championships, she has inspired many athletes in Manipur.
