Mount Carmel Borough green lights police department to enter 287(g) ICE agreement

MOUNT CARMEL — The Borough of Mount Carmel gave its police department the green light to enter an agreement under the 287(g) Task Force Program under the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
