MTN Announces Key Leadership Changes as Mitwa Ng’ambi Takes on Group People and Culture Role

MTN Group has unveiled a series of strategic leadership appointments across its operations, naming seasoned telecom executive Mitwa Ng’ambi as its next Group Chief People and Culture Officer as the company prepares for the retirement of long-serving executive Paul Norman later this year. Ng’ambi, who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of MTN Côte d’Ivoire, will join MTN Group’s Executive Committee and assume her new role no later than September 1, 2026. Her appointment comes at a signi
