NFL Network: Lions signing RB Jahmyr Gibbs to three-year contract worth up to $75.75 million

The Lions are signing running back Jahmyr Gibbs to a three-year, $75.75 million extension that makes him the highest-paid running back in the league, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Thursday.
