No UPI day on October 2? Mobile phone retail outlets preparing to protest against MDR

With MDR or Merchant discount Rate kicking in from October 15, mobile phone retailer have planned to protest against the move of the government. Mobile phone outlets could decide not to accept UPI payments on October 2.
