Omaha sushi chef David Utterback to open pizza joint; Johnny's Cafe nets James Beard honor

David Utterback didn't quite win a James Beard Award, but the Omaha sushi chef is opening a pizza place. Johnny's Cafe also received a James Beard honor Monday.
