Palantir Tried to Make a Swiss Magazine Print Its Rebuttals. A Zurich Court Said No 22 Times.

Palantir, the American data company that builds targeting systems for the Israeli military and surveillance tools for US deportations, asked a Zurich court to force the investigative magazine Republik to print its rebuttals. The court rejected 22 of its 23 demands, in a ruling that limits the use of Swiss right-of-reply law as a weapon against investigative journalism.
