P.E.I. doesn’t have an accurate picture of opioid-related overdoses, says advocacy group

Statistics for opioid-related overdoses and deaths in Prince Edward Island haven't been updated on the province's website in six months. P.E.I.’s chief public health officer and local advocacy groups agree the numbers needs to be monitored more frequently.
