The Royal Borough has rejected a proposal looking to turn an industrial building in Blackamoor Lane into eight flats – amid a flurry of objections lodged against the bid. A previous attempt to convert the one-storey building at 158 Blackamoor Lane into eight flats was refused in February last year.
