The Westinghouse-Bechtel consortium and Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe have agreed the main commercial and legal terms of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract that will deliver Poland's first nuclear power plant, and plan to complete the contract negotiation process by the end of this year.
