Process to claw back millions owed to victims of Kelowna fraudster expedited by B.C. Supreme Court

Quigley drowned the year before his case was due to be heart in court, leaving limited options for the more than 70 creditors who claimed he owed them money. Now a judge has made it easier for funds to be recouped.
