The president said Russia will win and protect its citizens from Western-instigated Ukrainian terrorist strikes no matter what President Vladimir Putin has said Moscow will do "everything necessary" to protect civilians and safeguard civilian infrastructure in Russia's Donbass and deeper inside the country, warning Kiev and its sponsors and "instigators" of possible "big decisions" in the future.
