Raptors to make 'milestone team announcement' as Kyle Lowry says he will retire with Toronto

On the same morning that Lowry posted a video announcing his intention to retire as a Toronto Raptor, the organization will be holding a news conference at 9:30 a.m. for a "milestone" announcement.
