Indian near space startup Red Balloon Aerospace and Armenia’s Bazoomq Space Research Laboratory have signed an agreement to jointly execute near-space flight campaigns and test advanced payloads. The collaboration leverages India’s newly acquired super-pressure balloon capabilities, to develop international commercial and research opportunities.
