Ørsted starts 250-MW battery storage project in Texas

Ørsted's Old 300 Storage, a 250 MW/500 MWh battery energy storage system in Needville, Texas, has reached commercial operations and is integrated into the ERCOT grid, supporting reliability alongside the co-located 430 MW Old 300 Solar project.
