The third annual Wetaskiwin Multicultural Heritage Festival kicked off Friday with a carnival and entertainment at Norm Brown Addy field and started Saturday’s events with a parade down Main Street before rain forced the festival to cancel Sunday’s activities due to extreme rain over the weekend.
