Some flights resume after ground stops at major U.S. airports, including New York's JFK and ‌LaGuardia

The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said flights were starting to resume at some busy East Coast airports after an accidentally cut cable forced a ground stop in New York, Philadelphia and Boston Monday.
