Results from the phase 3 TAISHAN-302 study demonstrated that tambotatug pelitecan significantly improved overall and progression-free survival compared with topotecan in patients with relapsed small cell lung cancer, supporting the B7-H3–directed antibody-drug conjugate as a potential new second-line standard of care.
